Killer is Dead is a surrealistic action adventure, released in 2013/2014 by Grasshopper Manufacture. The game has a very unique graphical style, but for whatever reason, the game is set to run in low resolution only. This makes absolutely no sense, as the game engine fully support any HD resolution. Why the developers purposely want their game to only run in low resolution, is quite the mystery. However, this major error is actually very easily fixed.

1: Open the Killer is Dead game folder, and go to sub folder: "\KidGame\Config"

2: Open the file "KidEngine.ini" with a notepad, and find the following two lines:

3: Change the values to whatever resolution match your monitor. *See picture (Changed to regular HD resolution)
*Note: For 4k resolution, change to ResX=3840 and ResY=2160

4: Save and close the file.

That's it. Killer is Dead now runs in any resolution, including full HD. ...As it should.

His weapon is a sword and a cybernetic left arm, which can be used to mount different types of guns and objects. Love is a big part of the game, and moral choices of how far Mondo will go to protect someone. The game starts by following a former executioner named Tokio, who has kidnapped a girl. Tokio mentions "the darkness" right before he is taken out. Two years later, Mondo is accepted into the cyborg's execution agency, taking the place of Tokio. Another assassin leaves the company, and warns the player about the danger of falling to the darkness.. Whatever that means.
