M7 - TEXTURE PERFECTION
ABOUT THIS MOD:
Texture enhancements, optimization,
proportion fixes, compression fixes, detail restoration, color correction,
pixilation fixes and transparency corrections.

Texture Perfection is an alternative to the 60GB Ultra DLC from Bethesda. It's
only 18GB in size, which makes it more performance friendly. At the same time,
image quality is significantly better than the official Ultra DLC.
The mod covers about 60-70% of textures in the game. Rather than going for
higher resolution textures that exaggerates memory usage and kills performance,
this texture pack enhances image quality and scaling. (1k to 4k).

Example:
This is a typical Fallout 4 texture. Pretty "dull", and even so, it still has mis-colorings and pixilation in what should have been smooth areas. Eg. the green circle in the middle. In this case, I added tone-contrast to the black parts, and DeNoise with Clean-Color to fix the green circle. End result: Same size, clear visual improvement.
